| Answer: We will send you a link to a page where we will show you a full size sample for you to read & preview. There will be a comments form for you to suggest any changes that you want made. On the form is an "APPROVAL" button for you to click if everthing is O.K. At that point we will print, frame, and ship to you. |

| Answer: On average, the process takes about 2 weeks to complete. |
