At Witty Gram, we respect your privacy and right to anonymity. Here’s
how we make sure that happens:
When navigating our site, we do not collect any information from you unless you purchase
items and check out. Your name, address, phone number and/or email
are collected at check out, so that we may contact you in the case
that there are questions regarding your order with us. We do not share
this information with any third parties, unless we are required to
by law. Only certain designated staff, me and my brother have access
to your personal information, and it’s only used to ensure that
we provide the best service to get your order to you as soon as possible.
We do not use cookies to track your personal or financial information. This
means that every time you visit Witty Gram, it’s like your first
time here. If, for any reason, you feel that your link with us is not secure, please
call us at 262.633.3061 to place your order, and we’ll be happy
to take it right over the phone.
Shipping Policy
After you check out, you will receive a confirmation email that will include
your order number – please reference that number in any correspondence
with us regarding your purchases. We will send out your package within
7 to 10 business days. If there is any reason that your order
cannot be sent within this time, we will contact you immediately.
All orders will be shipped USPS, otherwise you must request other
arrangements.
